In addition to all the positive things about this DVD I would just also like to mention two drawbacks:
1.) If you don't like the Walt Disney singing parades, this is a no for I'm afraid it contains quite a few
2.) The stories do NOT come to a natural and obvious end but rather one leads on to the other so you do have the debate as to whether the child may not watch a little more ...and just another little more ...

Saw IV starts off where the last one finished. More of the same really - nothing different to the other films. I was bored watching this film and I found the constant flashbacks a bit confusing.

OK where to start on this truly horrific crime of a film?

Jar Jar Binks may actually be the worst character in the history of cinema - all those animators and actors who worked to realise this affront to human decency should find a revolver and do the decent thing.

Why do all American kids have problems talking properly? Do they think that speaking like a cutesy 3 year old makes them endearing? Jake whatshisname (Anakin) should never ever be allowed in front of a camera again.

Who came up with the 'story'? My ship is broken, want to come with us, Kid? Seems to be about it.

Also,Why is it that in 'attack of the clones' Anakin has aged about ten years, but Padme is (amazingly) about 3 years older than she was in TPM surely they should have made Padme the same age as Anakin in ep.1 (or was two cutesy kids too much, even for Lucas).

Really, don't bother with this wilful destruction of the Star Wars heritage.

This DVD does actually contain all 4 Christmas and Hogmanay specials that weren't present on any of the series 1-6 DVD's. These are "Cold Turkey", "The Party", "Hootenanny" and "Plum Number". This isn't made very clear on the product information page unfortunately as it suggests just 2 episodes.

Still Game is an absolutely wonderful show in my opinion. Despite watching every episode from series 1-6 more times than I'd care to mention, I still find myself enjoying them just as much, and still laughing out loud.

This is a great wholesome comedy with a really likeable range of characters, and above all, has some very funny storylines and plots.

These 4 episodes are well worth adding to your DVD collection (as are series 1-6).

It was sad to learn that they'd decided to stop making any new series of the show after series 6 (I'm not sure about plans for any more specials like these).

I really like it!! A fun film with great animation and a good cast of actors!It's worth a watch and can be seen again and again!

There's not much I can say that hasn't already been said but... this series shows some of the most eye-popping, jaw-dropping, mind-boggling images you're ever likely to see.

If you like nature programmes (in fact, even if you don't) it's impossible to imagine you won't be blown away by this documentary series...

My 12-year-old daughter and me are addicted to the Gilmore Girls. We have seen the first six seasons without missing a single episode and we are eagerly awaiting the seventh. The relationship between mother and daughter makes you feel a warm glow. The grandparents are great fun as are all the other secondary characters. But best of all is Lorelai: sweet, independent and great as a mother and friend.... lousy as a daughter, though. You will love it. Be careful: it is seriously addictive.

Who could not love One Tree Hill. We only starting watching it this year and we are absolutely hooked on it. We have Series 1,2,3, and just bought Series 4, half way through it and still the show is as great as ever. I cannot wait to see Series 5. One Tree Hill is blessed with great actors, great story lines, excellent music, and some really important issues raised in each series. I never really got into the OC...I think One Tree Hill is universal, and has more realistic people in it.

Nathan is a hottie... Pouting Sexy Chad is a younger Brad, the girls are all beautiful, Brooke is stunningly beautiful and her bitchy lines are classics, Payton also beautiful..poor Payton she goes through alot but dont worry Payton at least your hair always looks great during the bad times!!! Beautiful Hayley, who reminds me of Shakira all the time is a great actress. Karen and Deb great too. Dan is brilliantly bad, we love him!! Mouth, Rachel, Skills, alot of great characters. We love Coach Whitey, and that accent is so strong, his emotional speech when accepting his lifetime achievement will have you in tears!! We miss you Keith!!!!

Each series has so many funny moments but alot of very sad, powerful emotional ones too, that will have you very tearful.

Buy all the series you WILL LOVE THEM!!!

WELL DONE TO ALL THE ACTORS, AND EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH THE SHOW. WE LOVE IT !!!

p.s. Note to the writers.... Please could Nathan and Lucas take their tops off more often ? just so anyone who is considering basketball can see how great the sport is and how it keeps you fit.........ok I am lying...JUST DO IT!!!

Another Great Season for The Simpsons. Have been looking forward to this coming out for some time. Can;t believe its taken so long.
I would have given this a higher rating if it wasnt for the packaging. Unlike the other Limited Edition Simpsons boxset (i.e. Homer Head boxset etc) this comes slightly smaller where the discs are stuffed into cardboard sleeves which can be quite hard to get out, and also have to touch the readable side of the disc with your fingers leaving grubby marks.
Also the packaging is very confusing and you are lucky to find the right disc you are looking for, first time.
As long as you aren't fussy about the packaging then this is a must buy!
